The Lord has provided many opportunities for not only teachers, but students as well, to reach out to the spiritual needs of the villagers around us.
At 6:00 this morning, my family and I, Tharamoo Gayle Haberkam, Tharamoos Maria and Anna Adams, baby Jabez, Thara Ehk'nyaw, the 8th grade class, and one 7th grader walked to Doh Wah Village, a short walk from the school. We were invited to go to Nah Nay Wah's (See a previous post about her) home to have a worship/Bible study with the family.
We sang some songs, our family, as well as two other teachers, each had a special music, and dad had the devotional. Then, the family fed us some really good noodles.
Please, keep this family in prayer. There is some termoil in their home, but we pray that the whole family will come to know our Jesus and that His peace will fill their lives. I think most of Nah Nay Wah's siblings are students, here.
